If you are a Loras College student, faculty, or staff member, good news you already have one! Just present your Loras College ID card to check out materials from the library.
Students, faculty, and staff from other local colleges, University of Dubuque, Clarke University, Northeast Iowa Community College, Wartburg Seminary, Divine Word College, Emmaus Bible College, and Highland College can present their college ID card and fill out a short form to receive borrowing privileges. Members of the clergy of the Archdiocese of Dubuque can do the same.
We also participate in Iowa Open Access so members of other participating libraries, such a Carnegie-Stout in Dubuque, can present their home library card and fill out a short form to receive borrowing privileges.
