I'm having trouble printing. What's going on?

Make sure you have the most recent driver.

To install the new driver:

Make sure you are connected to the Loras College network
Hit the Windows key on your laptop.
Type Run and hit enter.
Type \\prnt01. (the \ key is above the Enter key on your keyboard)
Right click on the printer that is named MARC-Public Printer-HPE60165x-LOR2317
Select Connect
Click the Install Driver if pop-up appears.
Close the window that pops up.

Start Printing!
