Your Interlibrary Loan (ILL) account will get blocked if you haven’t returned an ILL item long past its due date. To clear your account simply return your overdue ILL item. Interlibrary-loaned books are checked in using a different process then regular library books so it may take a day or two for it to clear off of your account.
